Nurturing Light from Within: Embodied Spiritual Practice for Hanukkah

When there is darkness around us, we can turn to teachings and practices to cultivate inner light that can carry us through difficult times. Jewish tradition teaches us that on Hanukkah we do two things simultaneously: banish darkness and create light. While the world may feel dark, we have to summon our inner strength and courage and find concrete ways to bring powerful light into the world. We begin with finding the light within, in our bodies, minds, and hearts - and then radiate that light to others. Join us for this special Hanukkah embodied practice session which will include lighting of the Hanukkiah, meditation, and movement. Open to all.

Taught by Deb Wineman and Rebecca Minkus Lieberman

Cost: $30
