Online Course with Rabbi Sam Feinsmith

As we approach the darkest time of the year, this series provides us with an opportunity to cultivate our inner lights--awareness and love--and shine them more brightly into the world. This online course with Orot co-founder Sam Feinsmith will use Jewish text to ground discussion, reflection, journaling, pair-share, and mindfulness meditation to help us cultivate our inner light. No prior experience with text study or meditation required; only a desire to turn inward, engage in introspection and self-reflection, and bring more light to the world.
