The Peaceful Parent Project: Supporting Parents During the Teen Years

Join this special parent cohort of the Peaceful Parent Project just for parents of kids in the teenage years, ages 12-18. In this 6 week online live course, we will explore Jewish teachings, mindfulness-based practices, and parenting approaches to support our lives as parents as we navigate the tricky teen years with our children. The curriculum will focus on some of the central pain points of parenting teens: setting boundaries and limits with compassion and empathy, learning how to step back to allow growing independence, noticing and managing our own fears, making space for our relationship with our teen to evolve and change, and finding ways to deepen and enrich the love, trust, and communication in your parenting relationship.

Dates: Thursday evenings - 8 - 9:15 pm CT, online - Feb. 23, March 2, March 9, March 16, March 23, March 30

Cost: Regular registration $275

Early bird discount if you register by Feb. 10th $250

"As a mom of 3 teenagers, I know this is hard work and these are challenging years. I am grateful to be offering this program and this space to build small micro-communities of parents. Through the Peaceful Parent Project, we can all support each other and learn together from each other and with each other.”
