Opening Our Inner Gate: Embodied Spiritual Practice for the Ten Days

  • Glencoe 55 Hazel Ave Chicago (map)

at Glencoe Beach by the pier

Led by Rebecca Minkus-Lieberman and Deb Wineman

Join us for a special outdoor in-person yoga workshop to move through the heightened holy days between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. As the gates remain open to our hearts and souls, we will use sacred movement to open our bodies to the process of teshuva - returning home to wholeness. The class will interweave Jewish teachings, yoga postures and meditation. All are welcome but space is limited.

* Because of covid-19, we ask that everyone wear masks until we are all situated on our yoga mats, which will be arranged with space between them.In the event of rain or inclement weather, the workshop will move online.
