PASSOVER VIRTUAL RETREAT: Crossing the Sea of Reeds

Crossing the Sea of Reeds: Journeying through the Unknown: A Jewish mindfulness meditation retreat

In one climactic moment of the Passover story, the Israelites stood before the sea of reeds not knowing what would happen. Would Pharaoh's army catch up to them? Would they ever be free? The answer was revealed once one person jumped into the swirling sea and, suddenly, the waters began to part. We too face moments of uncertainty--big and small--as our own paths unfold. By cultivating a friendly sense of curiosity towards the unknown, we can open to the role it might play in leading us joyfully to freedom.

Join Orot for a half-day mindfulness meditation retreat as we prepare to celebrate Passover. No prior experience with mindfulness or Jewish learning needed.

Taught by Tova Markenson and Sam Feinsmith.

Sunday, March 29th - 9:30 am - 12:30 pm
