A Year of Jewish Embodied Spiritual Practice: Counting the Omer: Drink from your Well of Torah

We are embodied beings, and we move through our lives with our whole selves: mind, heart, body and spirit. In this special program, together we will move through the Jewish calendar and experience the invitation of the holidays to become more present to the deep knowledge and strength that dwells in our bodies. We will celebrate and harness our embodied experience through Jewish wisdom and customized yoga practice.

Led by Rebecca Minkus-Lieberman and Deb Wineman

We invite you to join a growing, open-hearted community (of all levels of yoga and Jewish learning) for the year of embodied practiced for the cost of $180. *Separate registration for each individual yoga workshop is $30/class*

By joining this community you will receive:

  • Registration for all 5 yoga workshops

  • Special customized package to support your personal spiritual practice to be sent out after each workshop which will include:

  • Texts from each workshop

  • Video highlighting yoga poses for your home practice

  • Reflective practice suggestions for the month ahead

  • Curated music playlist for download
