Hanukkah: Embodying Light is an embodied spiritual practice workshop  with Rebecca Minkus-Lieberman and Deb Wineman


Join us to prepare for the upcoming holiday of Hanukkah and explore Jewish wisdom and yoga practices that will guide us in cultivating light in our bodies during this cold and darker time of year. All levels welcome.
